Does OnlineXFashion mail out the orders?

No, OnlineXFashion does not mail out the orders. All orders are mailed out directly by the sellers offering the goods.

What are your exchange / return policies?

Please refer to the seller for the exchange / return policies. In general, the sellers will exchange/return the goods which are defective. Please proceed to contact the seller directly by leaving a comment on the seller's page (refer to the list of shops for the seller's page). Should the issue get unresolved, please contact us directly. OnlineXFashion recommends the buyers to use the comment system on the seller's page for better communications traceability.

What are the payment methods available?

OnlineXFashion currently offers the following payment options:

  1. Maybank2u Pay (confirmation of payment made within 1 day)
  2. Maybank2u (confirmation of payment made within 1 day)
  3. Interbank bank transfer (confirmation of payment made within 2 days)
  4. ATM funds transfer

For all the payments made, please notify us and send us your payment details after the payment is made within 24 hours since you first placed the order. To make payments easier for you, we will be offering Credit Card payment option soon.

Please take note that we do not accept cash deposits as a payment method in OnlineXFashion as we do not have a mean to refund the balances easily currently.

Why is my order cancelled?

For customers who opt to pay via interbank bank transfer, please make sure to send us the payment details at Contact Us page within 24 hours.
